Our manufacturing lifecycle combines mild steel durability with ergonomic design, adhering strictly to IS 4837 standards.
Metal Frame: We use Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) steel tubes (16 to 18 gauge / 1.2mm - 1.6mm thickness) to withstand rigorous classroom environments.
Wooden Top: Surfaces are crafted from 18mm or 25mm pre-laminated particle board or MDF with High-Pressure Laminate (HPL). All wood is kiln-dried to 9-13% moisture content.
CNC Precision: CNC pipe cutting ensures precise lengths for stability. Hydraulic bending allows for ergonomic curves without weak welding joints.
MIG Welding: We utilize Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welding. This produces a cleaner, slag-free finish with deeper penetration, ensuring joints do not fail under load.
Before painting, every frame undergoes a rigorous 7-tank chemical process: Degreasing, Rinsing, Derusting, Phosphating, and Passivation. This removes all oil and rust, creating a conversion coating that ensures perfect paint adhesion.
Frames are sprayed with epoxy-polyester powder using electrostatic guns and cured at 180°C - 200°C. This forms a hard polymer skin significantly more resistant to chipping and scratching than liquid enamel.
